The Velmora Vortex 20 is a professional-grade blender that turns nuts into butter and vegetables into hot soup by blade friction alone: in six minutes the mix is steaming.
Five programmes (smoothie, frozen dessert, soup, dips and self-cleaning) switch the motor off by themselves. The container sensor recognises the jar size and limits run time, and a timer shows how long is left.
