Warranty

Our products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is shown on the product page and in the warranty card.

What you need to apply

• Proof of purchase: a receipt, a delivery note or the order number.
• The warranty card, if the manufacturer issues one.
• The complete set and a short description of the fault.

How we help

1. Write to us — we will point you to the nearest service centre or take the item ourselves.
2. The service checks and repairs the item. If repair is not possible, we replace it or refund the money.
3. We keep you posted on the repair by phone or message.

The warranty does not cover

• Damage from misuse, impacts, moisture or do-it-yourself repair.
• Consumables and normal wear.
