Crema 520 is a manual espresso machine for people who want proper espresso at home without years behind a café counter. The built-in conical grinder has eight settings, and the pressure gauge on the dial tells you straight away whether your tamp was right.
Active temperature control keeps the water within one degree, so a shot from the same bag of beans tastes the same at seven in the morning and at nine at night. The manual steam wand makes the dense microfoam you need for latte art. Give it a week of practice and you will not miss an automatic frother.
When we install it, our technician dials in the grinder for your beans and shows you how to clean the group head and descale.
